Amazing cultural experience with beautiful art and sculptures throughout the hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with attention to detail and modern amenities. The location was convenient, with a short walk to the nearby train station and a peaceful riverside setting. The onsite restaurants offered a variety of cuisine options, including a fantastic steakhouse.
Limited access to the art museum unless you reserve for the buffet. Some family members may not appreciate the mild flavor of the buffet.

The hotel is conveniently located a few blocks from the nearest train station, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The rooms are spacious and filled with natural sunlight, offering a beautiful view of the city. The bathroom facilities are excellent, including a double-sink area, a wooden bath with a city view, and a private sauna. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options, including cooked-to-order fish and customizable omelets.
One downside is that the hotel is situated down a steep hill, which can be challenging when carrying luggage.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was unbelievably friendly and gracious, going out of their way to assist us with everything. The hotel facilities were great, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The cleanliness was perfect, and the quiet neighborhood provided a peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast selection was great, and we enjoyed starting our day in the lovely dining room. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and within walking distance of the famous Zanmai Sushi restaurant in Ginza. Nothing could have been better.

The rooms were spacious and filled with exclusive amenities. the garden area was exceptional and provided a serene atmosphere.
There was a minor issue with the service, as it was too formal at times which could have been a challenge for some Western guests. this did not detract from our overall positive experience at the hotel.
